DESCRIPTION:TRADS members are invited to explore the innovative 50 Electri
 c Boulevard and the broader Battersea Power Station project\, followed by 
 a networking opportunity with drinks. The event includes a tour of the off
 ice space\, amenities\, and an optional visit to the historic power statio
 n itself.\n\n<p>The Tenant Representation Advisors Society (TRADS) invites
  Members to attend a presentation on 50 Electric Boulevard and the Batters
 ea Power Station masterplan with networking drinks after.</p>\n\n<p>50 Ele
 ctric Boulevard is Battersea&#39\;s latest office scheme and forms part of
  the third phase of the Battersea Power Station masterplan. Designed by wo
 rld renowned architects Foster + Partners with smart-tech and sustainabili
 ty at its core\, the office building provides 200\,000 sq ft of workspace 
 on Electric Boulevard\, a split-level high street that runs from the Zone 
 1 Battersea Power Station Underground Station to the Grade II* listed land
 mark. The building is positioned on the southern side of the estate\, appr
 ox. 150 metres from the power station\, which is home to over 100 shops\, 
 bars\, restaurants and leisure venue\, Battersea park and the River Thames
 .</p>\n\n<p>*meet in the main reception on Electric Boulevard &ndash\; a s
 hort walk from Battersea Power Station Underground Station (Northern Line)
  &ndash\; for a tour of a typical floor plate and the building&rsquo\;s am
 enities\, including the Light Box event space on Level 1. The home team wi
 ll also provide an overview of the future phases of the Estate&rsquo\;s de
 velopment. For those that have time\, there will be an opportunity to tour
  the Power Station itself\, home to Apple&#39\;s London headquarters\, whi
 ch occupies approximately 500\,000 sq ft of office space.</p>\n\n<p>Not a
