Seminar on Service Charges July 2025

The Tenant Representation Advisors Society invites TRADS Members to a seminar on Service Charges.

Presented by Ashdown Phillips & Partners.

The seminar will cover the following:

• An overview of how a service charge budget is assimilated
• Summary of the RICS Service Charge Code
• Expectations for both Landlords and Tenants – causes for disputes

It will be an informal presentation where active engagement and dialogue will be encouraged, giving TRADS members the opportunity to address any queries they may have during the presentation.

The seminar will be held at Storey Club, 100 Liverpool St, Broadgate, London EC2M 2AU on Tuesday 1st July at 4:00pm and there will be an opportunity for some networking drinks following the event.
