The Tenant Representation Advisors Society invites TRADS Members to attend a CPD event being delivered by Paul Hannent at Hannent Chartered Surveyors
Paul will expand on a ‘ticklist’ of the salient points to consider when acquiring offices in listed buildings on behalf of tenant and occupier clients. From what to consider when advising on the scope of potential fitouts, to communicating effectively with the planning authorities to help smooth the process.
