The Tenant Representation Advisors Society will host a seminar on Service Charges, presented by Ashdown Phillips & Partners, covering the key aspects of service charges and promoting dialogue, on 1st July 2025 at Storey Club, London, followed by networking drinks. Non-members interested in joining TRADS are encouraged to contact the administration.

The Tenant Representation Advisors Society (TRADS) is hosting a tour and networking session at the new One Olympia development in Kensington on 13th March 2025 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm, inviting both TRADS members and potential new Tenant Rep agents to explore the site and enjoy post-tour refreshments.
