Under the TRADS constitution the Management Committee is required to hold an annual general meeting during which the Chairman and the committee members will provide an update on the Society's activities and finances. The AGM will also provide an opportunity for members to put forward ideas and to ask members of the Management Committee any questions.
The AGM will also provide an opportunity, on a bi-annual basis, for members to participate in the election of candidates on to the TRADS Management Committee.

Fully paid up members of TRADS will be permitted to use the TRADS logo to assist the promotion of their tenant representation real estate consultancy services.
