The Tenant Representation Advisors Society (TRADS) invites Members to attend a presentation on 50 Electric Boulevard and the Battersea Power Station masterplan with networking drinks after.
50 Electric Boulevard is Battersea's latest office scheme and forms part of the third phase of the Battersea Power Station masterplan. Designed by world renowned architects Foster + Partners with smart-tech and sustainability at its core, the office building provides 200,000 sq ft of workspace on Electric Boulevard, a split-level high street that runs from the Zone 1 Battersea Power Station Underground Station to the Grade II* listed landmark. The building is positioned on the southern side of the estate, approx. 150 metres from the power station, which is home to over 100 shops, bars, restaurants and leisure venue, Battersea park and the River Thames.
*meet in the main reception on Electric Boulevard – a short walk from Battersea Power Station Underground Station (Northern Line) – for a tour of a typical floor plate and the building’s amenities, including the Light Box event space on Level 1. The home team will also provide an overview of the future phases of the Estate’s development. For those that have time, there will be an opportunity to tour the Power Station itself, home to Apple's London headquarters, which occupies approximately 500,000 sq ft of office space.
